Diet and Fitness for a Win in Gambling
Winning in gambling takes more than gambling luck, guts, and acumen. Diet and fitness count, too. The mind and heart must function well to have enough guts to prevail against odds, and the acumen to judge well. With guts and acumen intact, luck in gambling starts to work out.
Gambling often takes the attention off fitness and health diets. As this develops, the body fails certain functions. One area of things going berserk due to this is the emotion.
Explosive emotions will not work for a gambler. Neither will a frail body unable to take in stress or excitement. Probably most of the time losing is due to bad health more than bad luck.
Gamblers, to win, it's important to relax and keep cool always.
Gambling creates lots of stress and emotions in the gambler. Suppressed emotions as in bluffing just add to the problem. Just think what bad health plus all the aforesaid would amount to. It will be money down the drain due to losing and hospital bills - if not the mortuary.
Below is a simple fitness and diet program designed for a career gambler to do daily:
1. Brisk walking. It's circulates blood and oxygen to the brain, making us sharp. 2. Push-ups until you drop…tired. 3. Stretch the legs, arms, and back by sitting flat on the floor with legs outstretched. Then slowly touch the tips of your toes with both hands without bending the knees. Do this 10 times. Gambling sends terrible pressure on your legs and back, especially when you sit or stand for long hours. 4. Pull a firm pole alternately with your hands. Strengthens arms and hands for grabbing the winnings. 5. As you gamble, sitting or standing, lift your legs to the level of your stomach now and then. If you feel silly doing this, just try pressing your feet alternately on the floor. This relaxes the legs and tightens the belly. 6. Get rid of all fats in your diet. High blood pressure causes dizziness. 7. No white sugar or white bread. Sugar and carbohydrates cause sleepiness. Gamblers are no good being dizzy or sleeping. Try fructose and whole grain bread. 8. Eat fruits and vegetables rich in Vitamin A - good for the eyes. 9. Over eating also causes sleepiness. 10. Eat plenty of fruits, especially bananas - it's gives complete nutrition. 11. Just enough coffee or tea calms you down. Too much and you shake in fear before you even lose. 12. Again, liquor causes dizziness, sleepiness, and even hallucination.
Just think of entering the gambling house feeling and looking good. How can one lose? You win health even if you lose the gamble. Winning is a mindset. To hold on to it one needs the body cooperating to get, not hinder, the winnings.
